Firefighter Injured In Far South Side Blaze
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A firefighter was injured overnight when a fire broke out in the Far South Side's Washington Heights neighborhood.
The fire broke out early Tuesday morning in a two-story residence at 1104 W. 105th St. The Fire Department raised a still-and-box alarm for the blaze.
One firefighter was injured in the blaze, but the severity of the firefighter's injuries was not clear.
Crews raised ladders and searched the interior of the house after the fire was out. The extent of the damage was not immediately learned.
