Fight At Baby's First Birthday Party Leads To Charges
ELGIN, Ill. (CBS) -- A baby's first birthday party in Elgin ended in a fight between two men that left one of them in jail.
Jordan B. Streadwick, 27, of the 800 block of Carriage Way in Elgin, asked another man at the party to leave and fix a car starter for him, police said. When the man declined, Streadwick choked him, police said.
Streadwick is now charged with battery.
He was released on bail and given a May 13 court date.
