FBI Releases Photo Of Tattoo On Arm Of Bank Robbery Fugitive
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The FBI is expanding the search for a convicted bank robber who escaped from the federal lockup downtown.
Agents are now conducting a nationwide manhunt for Kenneth Conley.
Authorities released a picture of his tattoo of a devil on his right arm.
While he can change his appearance, investigators say it would be hard to remove a tattoo.
Conley and Joseph Banks escaped from the Metropolitan correctional Center on Dec. 18.
They escaped by chipping away at the concrete around the window and using a rope made of bed sheets to climb down the side of the building.
Banks was recaptured after three days on the run.
