FBI Releases Photo Of Lombard Bank Robbery Suspect
LOMBARD (STMW) -- The FBI is releasing surveillance photos of a man who robbed a west suburban bank branch Tuesday.
The robber got an undisclosed amount of cash from the Fifth Third Bank branch at 505 W. Roosevelt Rd. in Lombard, the FBI reports.
Just before noon, he handed the teller a note announcing a robbery. No weapon was displayed. After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled on foot, according to the FBI. No one was injured.
The robber is described as as a black man in his mid to late 20s, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8 and 150 pounds with a thin build. He wore a black glove, black knit hat with a bill and white pullover zipper jacket.
