UPDATED: Mom Reunited With Missing Baby

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (CBS) - An Iraq war veteran from Schaumburg who disappeared with his infant son has been found.
Chris Miller and his infant son, Jackson, were located safe in Bolingbrook around 8 a.m. Friday morning. A concerned citizen noticed Miller's car and called Bolingbrook police, who stopped Miller without incident.
"Both of them have been located safe and sound by the Bolingbrook police,'' Schaumburg Police Sgt. John Nebl said.
Jackson's mother, Jordan Miller, rushed to the Bolingbrook police department to be reunited with her son.
"Right now I am just glad to have my family back," she said. She said she did not know why her husband left with Jackson and was looking forward to seeing him, too.
"I love him and we are here for him," she said. "Our families are looking forward to seeing him as well."
Christopher said he was heading back home when stopped by police, Nebl said.

Schaumburg detectives interviewed Miller and determined that no crime was committed and Nebl said no charges are pending. Jackson has been reunited with his mother.
Christopher has been offered the services of police social workers, according to the release, which said no further information will be released because the situation was "a family matter."
Miller, 29, picked up his nearly fourth-month-old son from daycare on Wednesday and was supposed to have taken him to a doctor's appointment, an alert from Schaumburg police said. Neither Miller nor his son made it to the appointment.
Miller has been inactive in the U.S. Marines Corps since 2004 after serving a tour of duty in Iraq and another in the U.S., his brother-in-law Mike Pellettiere said.
A family friend indicated Miller may be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder.
Miller had taken all the diapers, breast milk and most of Jackson's clothes with him, Pellettiere said.
