Not everyone can stay awake all the way until midnight, but everyone likes to have fun on New Year's Eve! These family-friendly New Year's Eve events let you ring in the New Year a little early, with a little less noise and adult festivities, while maximizing the excitement.

6:00 p.m. — 8:00 p.m.
Navy Pier presents a spectacular all-ages showcase of hip-hop dance, live music, and more at the Winter WonderStage. The celebration culminates with a special 8:15 p.m. Family Fireworks show outside on Dock Street.

Rock in the "Zoo Year 2012" with your friends at Brookfield Zoo! There will be music, games, party favors, and an early countdown at 8:00 p.m. This event is free with paid zoo admission. Parking is additional.
This New Year's Eve party will be a blast for the whole family. Enjoy the buffet and unlimited attractions such as Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Laser Tag, Krazy Kars, Sir Bounce's Inflatables, & Kids Quest Softplay. And it's just not a New Year's Eve party without favors, sparkling juice toast, games & prizes, countdown celebration and balloon drop. Advance reservations are required.
