Experts: Now Is The Time To Look For Seasonal Work
CHICAGO (CBS) -- If you're out of work or just hoping for some extra income, experts say this is a good time to look for a temporary job.
As WBBM Newsradio's Regine Schlesinger reports, many companies are looking now to hire for the holidays.

Emily Zorza, of the staffing firm Robert Half International in Chicago, says it's neither too early nor too late to look for a seasonal job.
"Now is when the busy season is starting to pick up, so right now is the best time to start applying for those positions," she said.
Zorza says the opportunities aren't just in retail.
"Companies are bringing on workers to help with the tax season," she said. "Open enrollment requires extra paperwork; data entry."
Other companies that have the "help wanted" sign out include catalog firms that need customer service help, and shippers such as FedEx and UPS.
Zorza says if you impress the boss, a temporary job sometimes can turn into full-time work.
