Expert Picks: Bears Top Eagles In Shootout

(CBS) Every week during the Bears season, our experts from 670 The Score, CBS2 and WBBM Newsradio 780 & 105.9 FM provide their picks for the Bears game:

Brian Hanley Terry Boers Matt Spiegel
Bears 34, Eagles 31 Bears 38, Eagles 30 Bears 38, Eagles 34
The Eagles have an obvious edge in run defense but, like the Bears, are slightly below average against the pass. All adds up to a high-scoring shootout in the rain. Bears find a way to win. I opened up my extra-long distance phone book, reaching out to Dick Schapp, Dick The Bruiser and Dick Young. Their consensus: Bears win. On the strength of a huge Alshon-around in the 4th quarter, Mr. 4th Quarter Jay Cutler leads the winning drive. The Bears win the kind of shootout they're getting used to.
Record: 7-7 Record: 9-5 Record: 8-6

Hub Arkush Adam Hoge Matt Abbatacola
Eagles 41, Bears 37 Bears 34, Eagles 28 Bears 42, Eagles 41
I keep hearing about the Bears' improved defense the last few weeks, I just can't really find it anywhere on the tape or in the stats. By the way, the Eagles throw the ball really well too. The Bears are 4-0 in night games this season, the offense is peaking at the right time and Lance Briggs returns to the defense. This is a confident team looking to keep rolling. Make your travel plans for New York for early February... Jay Cutler for MVP.

Ben Finfer Nick Shepkowski Jay Zawaski
Bears 38, Eagles 35 Eagles 38, Bears 34 Bears 28, Eagles 24
The Bears have more on the line than the Eagles. Jay Cutler and the offense will have to overcome a huge game from LeSean McCoy, obviously. Both offenses score like crazy in a Sunday night instant classic. One Cutler turnover too many sends far too many people back to the McCown bandwagon. I think the probable return of Lance Briggs makes the Bears D good enough to keep Shady McCoy under 200 yards.
Record: 11-3 Record: 3-3 Record: 7-7

Ryan Baker Dan Durkin Josh Liss
Eagles 31, Bears 28 Eagles 38, Bears 34 Bears 42, Eagles 17
Do you really think we'll be denied a Packers-Bears season finale for the division title? The Bears will move the ball against a porous Eagles secondary, but their run defense will have no answer for LeSean McCoy. I'm in a HOLI-DAZE! Believing a reborn Bears defense will corral LeSean McCoy and fool Nick Foles, while Jay Cutler carves up the Eagles defense like a knife through a Yule ham.
Record: 7-7 Record: 7-7 Record: 8-6
