Expert Picks: Bears To Get Run Over By Vikings

(CBS) Every week during the Bears season, our experts from 670 The Score, CBS2 and WBBM Newsradio 780 & 105.9 FM provide their picks for the Bears game:

Brian Hanley Terry Boers Matt Spiegel
Bears 27, Vikings 26 Vikings 34, Bears 30. Vikings 31, Bears 20
Minnesota's simple game plan: run, run, run against the Bears' simple(ton?) defense. HELP! Vikings' offensive players want Adrian Peterson to get rushing record. Minnesota's defense is every bit as bad as Bears' and likely just going through the motions. Dick Cavett is too hot, too big, too strong, too fast. Vikings 34, Bears 30. Adrian Peterson 150 yards. AP does what you'd expect him to do against the worst Bears' run defense any of us have ever seen. And the O-line continues to falter in pass protection. Jared Allen has an annoyingly big day.
Record: 5-6 Record: 8-3 Record: 6-5

Hub Arkush Adam Hoge Matt Abbatacola
Bears 37, Vikings 34 Vikings 38, Bears 27 Vikings 37, Bears 27
The defense will struggle because it's bad, but the Bears' offense is actually good. Seems strange, aye? Buckle your seat belts and get out the Excedrin as it is going to be a bumpy ride, but Trestman lands this flight with a win at the gun. Potent running game, dynamic pass rush and a below-average quarterback. Sounds just like the Rams to me, except AP is even better. Prepare for déjà vu, Bears fans. AP runs for 220. The Bears' defense couldn't stop your rushing attack at yesterday's Turkey Bowl. AP runs for 303 yards.
Record: 8-3 Record: 7-4 Record: 6-5

Ben Finfer Nick Shepkowski Jay Zawaski
Vikings 34, Bears 28 Bears 31, Vikings 28 Vikings 28, Bears 24
In Week 2, the Bears allowed 30 points to the Vikings. That was with Lance Briggs, Charles Tillman, Henry Melton, and D.J. Williams. I can't pick the Bears to win this. AP runs for 130. As bad as the Bears' run defense is, I can't in my right mind pick a Christian Ponder quarterbacked team to beat them. Huge days for both Forte and AP as the Bears sneak out a victory. Adrian Peterson is going to run for an NFL record 597 yards (and a fumble) on 15 carries. The Bears will have successful drives, then have Michael Bush fall down in the backfield on three successive carries. Trestman will finally get the 4 turnovers he was counting on against the Rams, so it will be closer than it should be.
Record: 9-2 Record: 2-1 Record: 5-6

Ryan Baker Dan Durkin Josh Liss
Vikings, 28, Bears 24 Bears 30, Vikings 27 Vikings 27, Bears 24
A second straight week in a dome spells doom for the Bears' dilapidated run defense. Adrian Peterson has a field day with 150 yards rushing. Once the Vikings reach 31 rushing yards, the Bears' defense will have already allowed more rushing yards than it did all last season. Adrian Peterson will run wild, but Christian Ponder and a leaky secondary will be their undoing. If the Bears can stop Adrian Peterson I'd like to know how. He'll run for 202 yards in this one.
Record: 5-6 Record: 6-5 Record: 6-5
