ESPN's Andrews Seeks $10 Million In Lawsuit
(WSCR) After being videotaped naked through a peephole in her Nashville hotel room in 2008, ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews has filed a lawsuit seeking a total of $10 million in damages.
According to a report, the lawsuit seeks $6 million -- plus costs and interest -- from Nashville's West End Marriott, and an additional $4 million from Michael Barrett, the Chicago man who pleaded guilty to peeping in on the reporter.
Barrett was later sentenced to 2 1/2 years in a federal prison.
This report also alleges that Barrett had called the hotel days before Andrews was set to stay there to figure out which room she would be staying in.
