Emery Available But Will Backup Crawford In Vancouver
(CBS) After missing two games with a lower-body injury, Blackhawks goaltender Ray Emery is available to play tonight in Vancouver, but he won't get the start.
Corey Crawford will get his third straight start in net after splitting a pair of decisions over the weekend.
Meanwhile, winger Patrick Sharp will miss his fifth consecutive game with an upper-body injury, but he could return Wednesday in Edmonton.
Defenseman Michael Rozsival is also out tonight, while head coach Joel Quenneville would not say if Michal Handzus or Daniel Carcillo will be available.
Cory Schneider is expected to start in net for the Canucks instead of Roberto Luongo.
