Elderly Woman Found Dead In Barrington House Fire
(CBS) -- We are learning more about a fire over the weekend that claimed the life of an 82-year-old Barrington woman.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Carole Schnable lived in the home that burned to the ground early Saturday.
The Lake County Coroner has not been able to positively identify yet her as the victim whose body was found on the scene. But it is believed to be the remains of Ms. Schnable. The cause of death has net yet been determined.
The body was reportedly was found in an upstairs bedroom of the home.
