2 Sheriff's Deputies Among 3 Hurt In Eisenhower Crash Near Forest Park
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two Cook County sheriff's deputies and another driver were injured in a three-vehicle crash Thursday night on the Eisenhower Expressway near west suburban Forest Park.
The crash occurred on eastbound I-290 between Harlem and Des Plaines avenues around 10:30 p.m., according to Illinois State Police.
The two deputies were taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood and the driver of another vehicle was taken to Rush Oak Park Hospital, police said. All their injuries were non-life-threatening.
The left and center lanes were closed as investigated the crash, but were reopened early Friday, police said.
No charges were filed in the crash, police said.
