Teen injured in drive-by shooting in Austin
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A teenager was shot multiple times in Chicago's Austin neighborhood.
Just after 10 p.m., police said the 16-year-old boy was standing on the sidewalk, in the 4700 block of W. Augusta Boulevard, when someone in a white SUV pulled up and started shooting.
The teen was shot twice in the thigh and was taken to a local hospital in good condition. He is expected to recover from his physical injuries.
