Ditka To Be Spokesman For Al's Beef, Nancy's Pizza
(CBS) Bears legend Mike Ditka is now a part of a couple more endorsement ventures.
Ditka will be the spokesman for Al's Beef and Nancy's Pizza, the Chicago Tribune reported Tuesday afternoon.
"He's a big fan of ours – he loves our food," Dave Howey, president of Chicago Franchise Systems, told the Tribune. "He's a good face to put on our brand, especially as we move outside of Chicago. It kind of gives it an endorsement that says this something to try."
Al's Beef is opening a new location this month at at 234 S. Wabash Street, the Tribune reported, and utilizing Ditka was part of the expansion vision.
