DePaul's Melvin Named To All-Tournament Team
(CBS) DePaul sophomore Cleveland Melvin was named to the five-player All-Tournament at the conclusion of the Old Spice Classic on Sunday night.
Melvin averaged a team-best 21.0 points per game in DePaul's three games, while going a perfect 15-for-15 from the free throw line. He also averaged 6.3 rebounds, while blocking four shots and recording three steals.
Dayton's Kevin Dillard was named tournament MVP and was joined on the All-Tournament Team by Melvin, Jake Odum from Indiana State, Minnesota's Trevor Mbakwe and Rakim Sanders from Fairfield.
