Deng Puts Northbrook Home On Market For $535k
(WSCR) Bulls forward Luol Deng is again trying to sell his Northbrook home, listing the three-bedroom house in a gated community for $535,000.
Deng also listed the 2,511-square-foot town home in 2010 for six months for $639,000 - more than $100,000 more than it's currently listed for. He bought the home for $672,000 in 2004.
The house, built in 2000, boasts two full baths, two half baths, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a large master suite with custom closets and a lower level with a bathroom and lots of storage.
Deng isn't moving far, however, as the small forward already owns a 7,014-square-foot house also in Northbrook, which he purchased in 2009 for $2.4 million.
In 2008, Deng signed a six-year, $71 million deal with the Bulls.
