Cutler Set To Play Sunday
(WSCR) Despite reports of a sprained MCL, Bears quarterback Jay Cutler will play Sunday.
In typical Lovie Smith fashion, the Bears head coach denied reports of any knee injury to his quarterback.
"What knee?" Smith said Friday when asked about Cutler's knee injury.
The Tribune's Brad Biggs reported early Friday that Cutler sustained the injury in the Bears' loss to the Vikings on Sunday.
Cutler participated fully in practice Friday.
"Jay is good to go," Smith said. "We are hoping he will play the best game he has ever been able to play."
