Cutler Ruled Out Vs 49ers; Campbell To Start At QB

HALAS HALL (CBS) Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has been officially ruled out of Monday night's game against the 49ers and Jason Campbell will get the start in his place.
Cutler suffered a concussion in last Sunday's loss to the Texans and has not practiced this week.
Defensive end Shea McClellin was also ruled out of Monday's game with a concussion.
