Rachel, who is getting married next month, says she went into Sisters Bridal in Valparaiso, Ind., nearly a year ago to find dresses for her five bridesmaids.

"I went in there, and everything was really nice, and I talked to Terry. She got us all set up with figuring out what dresses we wanted to order," she said.

Each bridesmaid put down a deposit of about a third of the cost of the $150 dress. Over the last few months, Rachel says bridal store owner Terry Bernsten has been calling repeatedly.

"They've been basically harassing my bridesmaids into paying them, saying that they need the payments, they need payment, it has to be cash," Rachel said.

Now, a little over a month before the wedding, the owners are nowhere to be found, and the shop locked and empty.

Rachel is looking for other customers in order file a lawsuit.
