CTA Bus Driver Attacked, Causing Bus To Swerve Onto Sidewalk
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A CTA bus driver was attacked near 94th and Ashland.
According to police, the CTA bus was stopped when a man got on and started beating the driver. The man ran off with the driver's cell phone.
During the attack, the driver swerved off the road on to a sidewalk, knocking down signs.
The driver is in good condition and no passengers were injured.
No one is in custody.
