Crain: Great Work Ethic At White Sox Spring Training
Jesse Crain may not have been the Chicago White Sox offseason move that garnered the most headlines, but he might be as important as the rest of them.
Teams live or die by their bullpens, and Crain will add an experienced and tested arm for the White Sox.
Crain spent last season with the rival Minnesota Twins, and this far into spring training is doing just fine adjusting to the new environment.
"Well I've been around a few spring trainings now," Crain said on the Boers and Bernstein Show. "We kind of just come in with the same thing we've done. I haven't done anything different, you know, just trying to get your arm back in shape and to where it normally is during the season. That's kind of the same no matter where you go.
