Craig Stebic, Husband Of Missing Mom, Sued By Own Attorney
PLAINFIELD, Ill. (CBS) -- An attorney for the husband of a missing Plainfield mother Lisa Stebic is taking his own client to court.
As WBBM Newsradio's Dave Berner reports, Craig Stebic, whose wife was last seen in April 2007, is being sued by his longtime attorney, Dion Davi.

Davi had been representing Craig Stebic in a case brought by Lisa's relatives, who wanted visitation rights for the couple's two children.
The case was settled in 2008, in a compromise that was sealed in court documents, the Joliet Herald-News reported.
On Dec. 22, Davi filed a petition asking for payment of $10,371 in fees, and filed a motion to withdraw as Craig Stebic's attorney.
Craig Stebic hired Davi before Lisa's disappearance, when he filed for divorce from Lisa citing irreconcilable differences, the newspaper reported. The couple had sought joint custody of their children, with Lisa as the primary parent, the Herald-News reported.
Lisa Stebic was 37 when she disappeared on April 30, 2007. Craig Stebic said she had gone to work out and never returned.
The Stebic case dominated the headlines for much of 2007, until another similar missing persons case in Bolingbrook surfaced in October of that year. That case involved former Bolingbrook police Sgt. Drew Peterson, and the disappearance of his third wife, Stacy.
A $75,000 reward has been on the table for information in the Stebic case.
