CPS To Use Federal Grant To Improve Student Health
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago Public Schools will use federal grant money in an effort to improve the health of its students.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has pledged $4.4 million to support the launch of a comprehensive initiative.
The school system says it will focus on programs to combat rising obesity rates and tobacco use among CPS students.
