Corey Graham To Sign With Ravens
(CBS) Special teams Pro Bowler Corey Graham will not return to the Bears next season.
Graham will instead sign with the Baltimore Ravens, according to Chicago Tribune beat writer and 670 The Score contributor Brad Biggs.
The Ravens will give Graham more opportunities to play on defense. In Chicago, he was mainly just a strong special teams player, good enough to play in the the 2012 Pro Bowl.
"I believe it's a better situation for me and a better opportunity with a fresh start," Graham told the Tribune. "I gave the Bears every opportunity but they moved on. All around, Baltimore is just a better deal for me and my family."
The Bears have already moved on by signing wide receiver Eric Weems and linebacker Blake Costanzo, two well respected special teamers.
