Cops: Man Lured Woman Into Car To Molest Her
JOLIET, Ill. (WBBM) - A Joliet man is being held on charges he lured a woman into his car and molested her four months ago.
Police arrested Razel Gates, 32, of Ridgewood Avenue on Wednesday -- charging him with criminal sexual assault in the alleged attack on the night of February 28.

Authorities say the accusations were made by a woman who accepted a ride from Gates after he coaxed her to get into his car at a convenience store. She says instead of taking her home -- he drove to a dead end street and began groping her and trying to force her to engage in sexual conduct with him.
Gates maintains the contact was consensual.
