Breezy, cool Saturday evening in Chicago
CHICAGO (CBS) — Breezy and cool conditions are in store for the Chicago area Saturday evening.
Expect high waves and hazardous boating conditions until 10 p.m.
Winds will finally start to relax overnight as a ridge of high pressure inches closer to Chicago. This is a dry air mass, so conditions will remain clear and chilly overnight, especially in the outlying suburbs.
Sunday brings perfect football weather with lots of sun and less wind. Temperatures will be 10 degrees warmer.
The warming trend builds through next week, with several days in the upper 80s. Temperatures will be slightly cooler at the lakefront late in the week.
There is no rain in sight.
