Every NFL player enters each season with motivation to put up big numbers. Finding the players who can capitalize on that motivation and inner drive is the key to success in a fantasy football league. One of the biggest motivators that can drive a player to have a single season far better than anything they have done in the past is the opportunity for a new contract after the season.
Players who will become unrestricted free agents (UFA) or restricted free agents (RFA) usually play the whole season with dollar signs in their head, and that can go along way to helping you cash in in your fantasy league.
