Conrad Black To Return To Prison In September
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Former media mogul Conrad Black must go back to prison in two months, according to an order issued by a federal judge on Monday.
U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve ordered Black to report to prison on Sept. 6 to serve the remaining 13 months on his sentence for defrauding investors in Hollinger International, Inc., which once controlled the Chicago Sun-Times.

Black, 66, was originally sentenced to 6 1/2 years in prison for his 2007 conviction for defrauding shareholders and trying to conceal evidence, but the U.S. Supreme Court tossed out two of his fraud convictions.
After the high court's ruling, Black was freed on bail after serving 29 months at the Coleman federal prison in Florida, while awaiting a new sentencing hearing for the remaining counts.
Last month, St. Eve ruled that Black had not yet served enough time for the remaining convictions and should serve another 13 months behind bars. It's not clear if he'll return to the prison in Florida or be sent to a different penitentiary for his remaining prison term.
Once he has completed his sentence, he will be ordered out of the country, as he is a non-citizen with a felony conviction.
