ComEd Says Light Coming From Willis Tower Is Emergency System; Building Still Without Power
CHICAGO (CBS)-- ComEd crews said the Willis Tower still does not have power despite sightings of light coming from the building.
Crews said the light people noticed Thursday night was the emergency system.
Flooding in the basement knocked the building's power out Monday and crews have been working to restore the power.
Officials confirmed the building is still without power.
