ComEd Ranks Toward Bottom In Customer Satisfaction
CHICAGO (CBS) -- With hundreds of thousands of people still without power from the storms on Monday, a timely consumer survey regarding utility companies ranks ComEd very low in terms of customer satisfaction.
As WBBM Newsradio 780's Mike Krauser reports, there are 124 utility companies in the U.S. ComEd ranks 112th.

If you just look at just the utilities in the Midwest, ComEd ranks second to last, 16th of 17 companies, only ahead of The Illuminating Company in Ohio.
The survey by J.D. Power and Associates ranks residential customer satisfaction survey of power companies. At the top for the Midwest region is
Des Moines-based MidAmerican Energy, which serves most of Iowa, and also parts of western Illinois, South Dakota and Nebraska.
And Indiana residents have put NIPSCO right there with ComEd. It comes second to last in the midsize regional survey.
