Collinsworth: 'NFL Will Probably Miss At Least Half Of Their Season'
CHICAGO (CBS) The longer the NFL Lockout drags on, the chances of games begin canceled gets greater and greater. That's why former NFL player and current analyst Cris Collinsworth has accepted another job offer.
He'll be the receivers coach for his son Jac's Highlands High School football team because as he says in his blog, "...the NFL will probably miss at least half of their season..."
Collinsworth spent eight seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, before retiring and eventually jumping into the broadcast booth.
Despite Collinsworth's pessimism, and decreased fan interest, the NFL is ahead of their 2010 season ticket sales pace.
