Coast Guard Rescues Man In Lake Michigan
CHICAGO (STMW) - Crews from the U.S. Coast Guard rescued a man who was in Lake Michigan near Dusable Harbor Sunday morning.
The rescuers were on routine patrol about 9:20 a.m. when they saw a man in the water near Dusable Harbor who needed help, according to Coast Guard Petty Officer Christian Osborne.
"They picked him right up,'' said Osborne, and paramedics met them at a pier. The man was taken to an unidentified hospital, according to Osborne.
