Coach Q Returns To Blackhawks Practice
A week after being admitted to the emergency room, Chicago Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville returned to the ice for the team's Wednesday practice.
Quenneville went to the emergency room with what was described as severe discomfort. It was later revealed after a series of tests that Quenneville was suffering from internal bleeding that stemmed from a stomach ulcer.
Coach Q was released from the hospital on February 19, but Wednesday marks his first return to a team activity. The Blackhawks went 3-1 over the four games Quenneville missed.
