Cicero Town President Dominick Wins Court Battle Against Brother
CICERO, Ill. (CBS) -- Cicero Town President Larry Dominick has won the latest round in the bitter, long-running battle with two of his brothers, one of whom alleged that he was fired from a town board after blowing the whistle on his brother to the Internal Revenue Service.

Lawyers debated in closing arguments who forced the family feud into court in the first place.
Jurors took about three hours to side with Larry Dominick, who said his brother Richard was replaced with the rest of a board when his term was up, not as a vendetta.
"We were glad that the jury saw through the accusations and the charges but from Larry's standpoint this is kind of a troubling issue for him because he doesn't view this as winning anything he views it as his family being torn apart," said Cicero spokesman Ray Hanania.
Hanania doesn't have any indication of that any one will try to patch things up soon. Larry Dominck took the stand at one point and testified that Richard is really angry because he and his wife were not given do-nothing town jobs.
