Chris Bosh Sued By Mother Of His Child
CHICAGO (CBS) It's been a rough few days for Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh. Sunday, he lost the NBA Finals to the Dallas Mavericks. Monday, he was sued by the mother of his child, who alleges he interfered with her employment on the reality show "Basketball Wives".
A report in the Orlando Sentinel says: "Allison Mathis, Bosh's ex-girlfriend, claims in a lawsuit filed Monday in Orange County Circuit Court that Bosh 'intentionally, knowingly, maliciously and without justification interfered' in her employment, prompting the television show's production company to fire her."
Bosh apparently sued Mathis and the show's production company in early May because he alleged they were exploiting his former relationship with her for "commercial gain," according to the report. Mathis is now suing back.
