Chicago Police To Add Body Cameras To Weekend Protest Response
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago police are adding body cameras to their response plan for this weekend's protests. The city says all patrol officers will be equipped with body-worn cameras, including the newly creating community safety team.
That's the team that shot a man in Englewood last Sunday, touching off a night of of violence and looting.
Without body camera footage it's still unclear what led to the shooting.
