Chicago Pastors Say More Needs To Be Done To Help Flint
(CBS) -- Chicago pastors and other leaders are now calling for a criminal investigation into the Flint, Michigan water crisis.
They've collected thousands of cases of water for people in Flint and they're raising money in Chicago for what's called "the water for flint drive."
Sunday morning, Bishop Larry Trotter asked for more help.
"Flint, Michigan is a majority African American town that appears defenseless in the quest for answers to why they are drinking deadly water," said Bishop Trotter.
He went on to say Chicagoans are doing their best to help, while those responsible for the contaminated water in Flint are not doing enough.
