Chicago Non-Profit Seeking To Prevent Child Abuse And Neglect
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Every year, 2.9 million cases of child abuse are reported in the U.S. In Cook County, there were more than 8,000 child abuse and neglect cases reported last year.
It's those numbers that inspired Melissa Moss to start the local non-profit Kids Have Hope.
