Published reports say that is the highest amount paid for a private residence this year. The next was $8.5 million for a single-family house in Lincoln Park.
Glazer's 6,400 square-foot condo has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and two parking spaces.
In addition to the Buccaneers, Glazer's family also owns the Manchester United soccer club, which it took on significant debt to acquire.
