Chef Expresses His Love For Blackhawks With Chocolate
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A Chicago area pastry chef is showing his pride in the Blackhawks through chocolate, and lots of it.
WBBM Newsradio's Regine Schlesinger reports, when the Hawks last won the cup three years ago, Chef Alain Roby created a 650-pound sculpture of a Blackhawks player, all from chocolate.
Now, with the Hawks vying for the Cup again, Roby has the sculpture on display once more at his All Chocolate Kitchen in Geneva.

Roby said it took him weeks to design it.
"The making of it takes about a couple of weeks to do all the sculpting, and then after, since he's all white chocolate, you use food color to paint all the logo, the red jersey, the black shirt and to give him really life," Roby said.
The model for the chocolate player was Blackhawks Hall of Famer Eddie Olczyk.
Roby said he might still add a playoff beard to his sculpture.
