CFD Divers, Good Samaritans Rescue Man From Chicago River
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Emergency workers and Good Samaritans raced to the Chicago River downtown Thursday to save a man in the water.
The man was spotted in the water off State Street and Wacker Drive Thursday afternoon, the Fire Department said.
CFD divers jumped in, along with two bystanders, the Fire Department said.
The man was rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in an unknown condition.
The Good Samaritans refused treatment.
