Car Plows Into Window Of Windy City Produce, No Injuries
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A car plowed through the window of a grocery Sunday afternoon on the Northwest Side.
No one was hospitalized as of 1:55 p.m., according to Fire Media Affairs Director Larry Langford, who said firefighters responded to a car into a building at 1:30 p.m. at 3340 N. Pulaski Rd.
A worker who answered the phone at Windy City Produce, Inc. at the Pulaski Road address said a white car accidentally crashed into the building. She said everyone inside was "okay.''
Langford said the city Dept. of Buildings was called to the scene after the car struck the window portion of the medium-sized building.
