Can Wade And James Do Enough To Beat The Bulls?
CHICAGO (WSCR) The Miami Heat are a team built around their two superstars, Dwyane Wade and LeBron James, as well as All-Star Chris Bosh, who make up the Big 3. But in Game 1 that group wasn't good enough to beat the Chicago Bulls.
It was NBA MVP Derrick Rose and the defensive-minded Bulls who routed Miami by 21 points, limiting the Heat superstars to a combined 33 points, well below their season average.
"It's pretty rare this season when James and Wade have been humbled," Greg Cote, of the Miami Herald, said on the Mully and Hanley Show. "And I use that word carefully, because they were humbled [Sunday] night, you know, they were diminished. You know, the way that Wade was dunked over, and blocked by [Joakim] Noah. The way that LeBron just seemed to disappear, offensively, in a way that he rarely does. I expect big [games] from both guys [in Game 2].

"And the question is whether that will be enough. Normally when you say James and Wade are taking over a game, the Heat are winning. But I'm not sure if that's enough in this series, and I think that's going to be part of the intrigue [Wednesday night]. I think the Big 2 are going to have big games, becuase they normally do after they've had off-games. But will that be enough, is the question that Heat fans are wondering."
