Can Prosecutors Bring Drew Peterson To Trial In Stacy Peterson Case?
CHICAGO (CBS) -- With Drew Peterson convicted of murdering his third wife - will the prosecutors in Will County try to convict him for the murder of his fourth wife - even if there's no body?
WBBM's Steve Miller talked to a man called in by the state police to search for Stacy Peterson.
"We made the trip to Peoria on a tip that the person, Stacy Peterson, may have been placed in some sort of container and buried on this property - as I remember, northwest of town."

Alan Harn is an anthropologist for the Dickson Mounds Museum, and he's advised state police on the Stacy Peterson case.
But it's been more than two years since Harn and state police searched the land near Peoria.
After that, state police searched another area near Galesburg.
Harn told state police they should go back to the rather large area near Peoria with a magnetometer.
Harn says he doesn't think state police have gone back.
"Without a better idea of where the individual might have been disposed of - if ever - it was probably not a good process to use unless they got better information."
Harn says two years ago, at least, state police seemed convinced of the veracity of the tip that led them to the Peoria area.
