Burbank Schools In Lockdown While Police Hunt Fugitives
BURBANK (CBS) -- Police are still looking for a man and a woman - after a car chase which started in Chicago this afternoon.
About 1:45 p.m., police made a traffic stop at 83rd and Ashland because they say a car was moving erratically. Then the driver sped off - with police in pursuit. The car reversed and rammed into the police squad car then took off.
Chicago Police say they lost the car - with its driver and two passengers - when it entered Burbank.
Burbank Police took up the search for the car, which was found abandoned.
One male suspect was arrested, but police say they're still looking for a man and a woman.
Burbank schools were on lockdown during the hunt.
No officers were hurt when the suspects' car reversed into the squad car, Chicago Police say.
