Bulls Send Johnson To Toronto For Draft Pick
The Chicago Bulls have traded former first round pick James Johnson to the Toronto Raptors in exchange for Miami's 2011 regular first-round pick, which was held by the Raptors.
Johnson was the 16th overall pick by the Bulls in the 2009 draft, but never lived up to his potential here in Chicago. In his 78 career games with the Bulls, Johnson averaged 3.8 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game.
Johnson started 11 games in his rookie season after spending two years at Wake Forest.
