Bulls, Lakers Set Time For Christmas Day
(CBS) We now know exactly when the long-awaited debut of the Bulls' 2011-12 season will be.
The NBA announced Friday the Bulls will travel to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers at 4 p.m. on Dec. 25 on ABC.
The Bulls-Lakers game is part of a five-game opening day schedule that features matchups between the Celtics and Knicks, Heat and Mavericks, Magic and Thunder, and Clippers and Warriors.
Lakers center Andrew Bynum will miss the game as part of his five-game suspension for taking out Mavericks guard J.J. Barea in last season's playoffs.
