Bulls Break Ground On New Practice Facility
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Before Mayor Rahm Emanuel dug in for the Bulls groundbreaking he shoveled out lots of compliments for high achieving Chicagoans.
Mayor Emanuel began with a nod to the Hawks second overtime win over the Los Angeles Kings.
"it was a great family event, I will say that. It was a little exhausting, especially with the last nine seconds but it was a great game. It ended exactly like it was supposed to," said Emanuel.
And then Emanuel moved to theater.
"Shout-out if I can to the Chicago Steppenwolf Theatre for their accomplishment at the Tony Awards and making the Tony Awards evening a Chicago evening," said Emanuel.
