With the Bears hosting the Seahawks Sunday, the big question seems to be about Jay Cutler's ability to play. Even though he is cleared to play, some people are still worrying his concussion might not be fully healed.

Brian Billick from the NFL Network joined the Boers & Bernstein Show to address this issue. "Either a player can play or he can't," Billick said. "There are three tiers, whether it's a concussion or other injuries." Billick explained how first the Doctor give the OK to play. "If the doctors say 'no,' it is no and the player's not playing." Then the player states if he's comfortable enough to get back on the field. Finally, the coach will make the final call based on what he sees in practice or the information given.
